Cancellation slabs

15 or more days before check-in: full refund of the amount paid, less bank charges. 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before check-in: non-refundable. No-show: no refund. Early departure: no refund for unused nights.

Date changes

A date change requested 15 or more days before check-in is accommodated subject to availability and any tariff difference.

Cancellation by the resort

If we are unable to host your confirmed stay, we will offer suitable alternative accommodation or a full refund of the amount paid to us.

Safari permits

Safari permit charges follow Madhya Pradesh Forest Department rules and are generally non-refundable once booked.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days.
